I provide 3, 60min in-home prenatal appointments. We will go over common pregnancy concerns, develop a birth plan, and help you prepare for labor.

While this is not a substitute for a childbirth education class, in your appointments I will review coping skills, hands-on pain relief, and basic physiology of labor. 

Ideally your prenatal appointments will occur around 28|32|36 weeks. During pregnancy, I will be available for email/phone support as well. 

I will provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and be an advocate to help you have a safe and empowering birth experience.

I will be there for you throughout your labor and birth.*

Typically I provide phone support until you are ready to be admitted to the hospital. 

I will arrive with you at the hospital and provide continuous labor support until birth.**

*Maximum of 12 hours, does not need to be consecutive hours.

**In the event of an induction where labor can span several days, I will provide continuous support once in active labor.

I provide 3, 60min in-home postpartum appointments. I will help with breastfeeding, newborn care, your postpartum recovery or any other tasks that may be needed to help you feel supported. 

Examples of postpartum support can be washing dishes and folding laundry while you rest; getting a crock pot meal started while you feed baby; reviewing and processing your labor and birth; holding baby while you give one-on-one time to other children.

Your postpartum visits can occur any time between 48 hours post birth to 12 weeks post birth.
