"Comprehensive prenatal care is just the beginning"

Throughout your nine month journey, you will receive ample education and support on what is normal, why and how your body is changing, and what to expect as you prepare for birth and postpartum. 

Prenatal visits are important times to ask questions, build trust, and strengthen your intuition. I will check your vitals, monitor fetal growth and provide routine screenings based on your desires.

Initial visit 8-12 weeks

12-28 weeks -- monthly visit

30-36 weeks -- every two week visit

37 weeks to birth -- weekly visit

Each 60 minute visit is done in the comfort of your home, allowing your family to be involved in this journey.
